The museum “Russian Valenki” participated from June 23 to June 26 in the 10th international oil and gas exhibition “Oil and Gas” / MIOGE 2009 in Expocentre. That is the largest exhibition of the leaders of home and world oil and gas industry in Russia:
- 1,000 companies-participants out of 40 countries
- 700 delegates of the 7th Russian Оil and Gas Congress 25,000 sq.m of display area
- 30,000 visitors-specialists of oil and gas branch.
Interactive “House of Crafts” was functioning at the exhibition. There pottery and blacksmith crafts were represented as well traditional wooden toys and weaving. Museum exposition contained painted and embroidered valenki, and the visitors could try themselves in the role of designers. |
