Buffing discs

Buffing discs, produced in diametre of 300-500 mm, thickness 40-50 mm. They differ in the degree of fibre purification:

Coarse-wool discs - serve for processing hardware.

Semicoarse-wool discs - for glass polishing.  

Fine-wool discs - for final processing (polishing) of hardware and glass articles.

Memory note for the consumer In line with i. 2.2 of RST of the RSFSR 756-89 acceptance of felt articles (buffing discs, technical felt) in terms of amount is done by conditional weight, i. e. actual weight (Мф), reduced to standard moisture. Conditional weight (Мк) in kg is calculated by the following formula: Where: Мф – actual weight of felt articles (circles, felt) in kg. Wh – standard moisture of felt articles in % (in line with RST of the RSFSR 756-89 Wh = 13%) Wф – actual moisture of felt articles in % (determined through laboratory analysis in the course of output handover from the place of production to the warehouse of the producer and put on the label glued to the article). Acceptance of felt articles is made in line with GOST 314-72 and RST of the RSFSR 756-89
